1. Post beautiful photos of the properties on Instagram

With promoting listings on Instagram, realtors should remember their photos should be telling a story when uploading on Instagram. Always post your most beautiful pictures on your feed and connect your Facebook so you can hit two birds with one stone when sharing. 2. Make your presence known on Facebook.

Facebook is the social media king of the world. With more than 2 billion users worldwide, it’s a no-brainer to market and share your listings on. So if you haven’t created a business page for yourself, what are you waiting for?!?

You should obviously share your listing, but also provide advice on buying a home, community local events, and other things that are happening. You should position yourself as a local influencer and thought leader. This is good for growing your personal brand as well.
